Our mission is to train world-class Soul Purpose (Dharma) + Spiritual Life Coaches who can effectively guide others to align with their true calling. We believe that the domino effect of living your purpose means others will be inspired to do so too. We empower the lighthouses who are here to illuminate their communities.

Our Community

Dharma Coaching Institute is one of the most diverse schools out there, with over 50% being people of color and a 40% international student body, as well as all three founders being people of color. Our community consists of unique, multifaceted, and heart-centered individuals across all races, gender orientation, age, ability and backgrounds.
Many of us have felt like the black sheep of our families because we’ve always asked deeper questions than most. Here, you are not alone. Our DCI community is tight-knit and many of our students have created shared businesses, podcasts, retreats and, of course, formed lifelong friendships.
